Store Cancelation Policy

Our Candle Bar holds limited seating, and many of our classes sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel/reschedule at least 24hr before your scheduled class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. You may call us at (856)6319569 between the hours of 10am to 5 pm from Tuesday to Saturday and 11- 4 pm on Sundays to cancel/reschedule. Also you can email us at managment@etnico.org. Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 24hr notice of your need to cancel/reschedule, we will credit your payment toward another class. However, if you do not cancel/reschedule with at least 24hr notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.

Candles take two hours to set. Come back to pick up your candle at your earliest convenience. Check our Instagram for store hours updates before heading back to the store. We can hold your candle for max of 10 days.
